Stewardship Projects

Environmental stewarship is an important part of the Ventana Wilderness Alliance's mission. Current VWA Stewardship projects focus on environmental restoration of illegal marijuana grow sites, as well as trail restoration projects. The VWA recently launched the Youth in Wilderness program (YIW) to foster conservation values in younger members of the local community,
